Vacation home in Neßmersiel, quiet cul-de-sac location, close to the dyke

Our sunny holiday home (south-facing terrace) with free WiFi is comfortably and comfortably furnished. It was renovated, modernized and refurbished in 2018. It offers overnight accommodation for four people in two bedrooms, and a travel cot is also available. The new leather couch in the living room invites you to relax. There is also a bathroom on the upper floor with a washing machine and dryer. On the ground floor there is a guest toilet, a living room and a fully equipped kitchen. The new fitted kitchen has an electric stove with an oven, ceramic hob, extractor hood, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle, espresso machine, coffee machine, coffee pad machine, blender, kitchen scale and egg cooker. The living-dining room is equipped with modern furniture. A dining table with chairs and a high chair are available. A fireplace rounds off the cozy atmosphere. Other features include a 32-inch LCD TV in the living room and a TV upstairs, a radio CD player and DVD player. The south-facing garden has a covered terrace with an electric awning and high-quality garden furniture, a beach chair and an outdoor grill. The parking space is located directly at the house.
There is a possibility that towels and bed linen can be booked through our manager for a fee.
Final cleaning (€ 50) and visitor's tax are due on arrival and are paid directly to our administrator.
In the holiday periods, rentals are only possible weekly from Saturday to Saturday.
For larger groups of people, it is advisable to rent the other semi-detached house "Ferienhaus Wattläufer". You can find the house description on the Internet at dream holiday apartments (dream apartment)
