Welcome to the apartment “Zur schönen Aussicht” in Dortmund-Holthausen.

Our 55 m² apartment is located on the ground floor in a separate section of the building and has its own entrance. The apartment has been reconfigured and now accommodates up to 7 people. It is ideal for families, small groups, tradespeople, business travelers, and trade fair attendees looking for quiet and well-equipped accommodation in Dortmund.

A particular highlight is the private infrared sauna. It invites you to relax after a long workday, a trade fair, an excursion or a city visit.

The accommodation has three sleeping areas. Bedroom 1 is a separate bedroom with two comfortable box-spring beds (120 x 200 cm each). The second sleeping area is located in the open-plan living/kitchen area and offers a large 180 x 200 cm Murphy bed. This area can be separated from the adjacent living and sleeping area by a curtain. The third sleeping area contains a 90 x 200 cm wall bed and a sofa bed.

The fully equipped kitchen is suitable for both short stays and longer business trips. Amenities include a hob, oven, refrigerator, sink, coffee machine, kettle, and other kitchen utensils. The dining area provides space for shared meals, working, or planning the day.

Large windows create a bright atmosphere and offer a beautiful view of the surrounding greenery. The entire apartment is exclusively at your disposal during your stay.

Access is flexible and uncomplicated via a key box at the separate entrance. You will receive all important information regarding your arrival, including the access code, well in advance of your arrival.

You can use the entire accommodation including bedrooms, living and sleeping area, kitchen, bathroom, separate toilet and private infrared sauna.
