Holiday Home King - Four Bedroom House with Terrace

Holiday Home King is situated in the heart of modern Dubrovnik. It is ideally placed as it is only a 20 min walk away from both the historic Old City and downtown Dubrovnik.
Luggage storage before check in and after check out is available, so that you can explore the area a bit more before departure.
Parking is free and available on site.

This four bedroom holiday home is a perfect place for a relaxing holiday that can accommodate eight people.
It features free Wi-Fi, air-conditioning and LCD cable TV. Kitchen is fully equipped and comes with dining table. Living room includes sofa. Property has three bathrooms, two with shower cabins and a bathtub. Guests can enjoy spacious furnished terrace overlooking the city.

BBQ facilities are at guests disposal.

This part of town is very popular because everything you may need is near the accommodation and guests can reach Old Town in less then 10 minute drive or 20 minute walk.
Grocery store, bus station, restaurants, bars and cafes can be found in 300 meters range, as well as bakeries and ATM's.
Nearest beach is 10 minutes walk from the apartment.

Dubrovnik bus station and ferry port, connecting the mainland with various Dalmatian islands, are less than 10 minute ride from the apartment while Dubrovnik Airport is 21 km away.
The interior of the accommodation can differ slightly from the pictures. However, the level of comfort is as described It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house
