Enjoy your holiday in the spacious holiday apartment A11 on the first floor of a well-maintained house in the popular holiday destination Duce, just about 30 metres from the fine sandy beach. With 48.5 m² of living space, two bedrooms and room for up to five people, this apartment is ideal for families or small groups. The apartment has two private outdoor areas: a south-facing balcony with sea view and an east-facing loggia – perfect for enjoying the morning sun or feeling the fresh sea air in the evening. Both terraces are equipped with furniture and a parasol or sun loungers.



The open living area combines kitchen, dining and living space. The kitchen is fully equipped with a large fridge, freezer, 2-plate stove, extractor hood, sink, cooking utensils and cutlery. A dining table for five people offers space for shared meals. In the living area, a sofa bed provides additional sleeping options. Both bedrooms are air-conditioned and feature comfortable beds, SAT-TV and complete darkening for restful nights. The modern bathroom is equipped with shower, toilet, washbasin, mirror and hairdryer.
