Cozy Holiday Apartment in Duce - Perfect for Couples and Small Families!
Our charming accommodation offers space for up to 3 people and is ideal for a relaxed coastal holiday. The apartment features a sofa bed and an additional double bed, allowing you and your companions to sleep comfortably.
The apartment scores with practical amenities such as free WiFi, central heating, and air conditioning. In the kitchen, you will find a refrigerator, freezer, coffee machine, and kitchen utensils.
The location is stunning: Only 200 metres from the sandy beach, with a supermarket in the immediate vicinity and a bus stop just around the corner. From here, you have a wonderful view of the sea and are simultaneously only 2 kilometres from the city centre.
For drivers, there is a private parking space directly at the building. Particularly convenient for families: The area is considered child-friendly. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed.
A highlight is the terrace with barbecue facilities - perfect for relaxed evenings under the open sky. The airport is easily accessible at approximately 40 kilometres away.
