This beautiful semi-detached villa Duce with pool is located directly opposite the long sandy beach and not far from the historic center of Omis. On the ground floor there is a living room with a separate kitchen, while in front of the house there is a garden with a pool that has a high fence that guarantees you 100% privacy. The terrace with barbecue is at the back. On the first floor there are 3 bedrooms with double beds, each with its own bathroom. On the second floor are another kitchen and living room, 1 bedroom with a double bed and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds. The house is functionally furnished for a relaxing summer vacation. The house is only a few meters from the sea. (the road separates it from a large camp with numerous sports and recreational facilities, as well as from a beautiful sandy beach ideal especially for children). The coast of Omis is known for its fantastic sandy beaches thanks to the mouth of the river Cetina.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. It was a great size, excellent location and the communication with the owner was fantastic. The only downfalls were that the twin room on the top floor didn’t have air conditioning and the air conditioning in the lounge was broken for the whole duration of our stay. That being said, would definitely recommend
