Your Rainbow River getaway awaits at this 2-bedroom, 2 bath pet friendly house with completely fenced back yard. The space features 2 king beds, 1 twin bed, and a large living room with a queen sofa bed. It is situated on a quiet dead end street that follows the Rainbow River. Provided for our guests are 3 kayaks with a wagon to tote them to the river for guests without a truck, 3 inflatable stand-up paddleboards with detachable kayak seats for converting to kayaks if preferred, 4 tubes, 6 adult life preservers and 3 child life preservers, 4 beach chairs to relax at the park. Guests have unlimited high speed wireless internet and a smart TV in the living room and master bedroom. The kitchen is fully stocked for preparing meals and the house is close to grocery stores and the areas wonderful restaurants. Vacant land on both sides of the house plus a 6' high privacy back fence gives you lots of privacy. The back patio has a gas grill and table and chairs for your outdoor enjoyment. A large airconditioned sunroom is situated off the living room with comfortable furniture. Guests are provided a key for entrance to the private park of Rio Vista which offers a beautiful swimming area with stairs entering the river, a concrete boat ramp for launching a boat, nice bathrooms, picnic pavilions, volleyball court, area to launch the kayaks and beautiful grounds for enjoying your day at the river. Well behaved leashed dogs are welcome at the park. The park entrance is 0.5 miles from the house. There's ample parking for both cars and boat trailers on the paved driveway. Smoking is only permitted outside.

What a lovely time we had. Cooked dinner, went to some of the best restaurants with the nicest of people who served us. The neighborhood is peaceful and great for walking our dogs. We had great adventures on the rainbow and withlachoocie rivers kayaking for two days. We also biked 14 miles from Inverness to Floral City. We saw otters, turtles, fish and beautiful birds. The recharge we all needed…..especially our dogs.

Everything was there for you. And there were a lot of nice touches too. This is a river retreat and there are kayaks and paddle boards available and safety equipment. Very cool. Beds were really comfy and the lenai was very spacious. A nice coffee station too. We were very happy

It was easy to see that the owners provided for every possible need. And the house itself is beautiful and meticulously clean and well put together. My wife and I highly recommend you consider this place for your travel needs. It was an awesome experience.

This VRBO is amazing! The location is awesome and just a short walk to the riverside park where you can swim, fish, launch a boat and put in kayaks, paddle boards and tubes. We did just that. One day we took the paddle boards that are in the garage and put in at Rainbow Springs State Park just 10-15 minutes away. Then paddled down to Rio Vista park. Lovely day. Another day we put in with paddle boards and kayaks and paddled up river to KP Hole then back down. Lots of otters were out and about. If you’re staying here and looking for something to do, go to Devils Den in Dunnellon and snorkel the cave! You need a reservation but it is soooo much fun. The house was perfect and super clean. Very comfortable beds, couches and chairs. Nice kitchen with GOOD pots and pans, not cheap ones. Cooking and cleaning was easy. The Florida room with AC was nice! And the fenced in yard was well kept and our furry friends were safe and secure. Take advantage of the paddle boards, kayaks and tubes! Instructions are included for the SUPs. This house is great and we will most likely come back because we love this area!!

FANTASTIC! When you rent a VRBO you are renting a home away from home. The owners of this VRBO have exceeded that expectation. The home is not only very clean comfortable but also has more than everything that you could ever need. The yard is secure and your dog will love it. Location: The location is very quiet and in a very nice neighbourhood. Rio Vista park where you have access to the rainbow river is close by and very nice. You could have a picnic under cover or sit with you feet in the cool river. The house comes with brand new paddleboard and kayaks for exploring the river. We saw otters and a lot of other species of wildlife. There is a winn dixie and a publix within a few minutes for groceries and plenty of restaurants near by too. Hosts: I did not read the messages well and I missed the door code. I reached out to the owner and the response time was super fast. The host provided the code within minutes. Check-in/Check-out: This was by far the easiest and fastest check out process I have experienced. Very little is asked of the guests. I did more than was asked as I was very happy to help the hosts cleaning crew as it was optional. I love this approach as you really want to leave this place better than you found it as the host you can tell have put so much effort into making your stay perfect. We will be back for sure and would like to thank the hosts for an unforgettable stay.
