Our inside room was very quiet and clean, Bed really comfortable. Staff friendly and accommodating. Older property was in fairly good shape although hot tub "out of commission". Walkable to everything downtown on Main St including restaurants and shops. Their available breakfast items were more then adequate. Would stay again definitely.

I skipped the breakfast. The room was very clean. Best location in Durango. Next to a bagel shop and train starion, two blocks from great coffee shop. Easy walk to Las Animas river and park. Deer roam the town, so beware if you are driving. Price was very reasonable. Kudos!
