Roch nicht so gut, Rollläden klapperten die ganze Zeit und wenn eine Straßenbahn vorbei fuhr wurde es sehr laut.

Don't believe what you see.

The hotel wasn't what I expected. Location is excellent but the cleanliness wasn't up to scratch. You have to go to reception for a hot drink which I find ridiculous. You can find cheap kettles on the market so every room should have one. I was disappointed.

Great town to stay in

Excellent location -not more than a 2 minute walk from the Neuss Main train Station. ON a charming shopping street with various restaurants and coffee shops - not the Nasty Train Station Area which you find in Dusseldorf. Only about 11 minutes away.

My stay was average. They should be looking into refurbushing their carpets in the room or at least upkeep them with cleaning. The bed could be better..they should be looking into changing their beds into King or Queen size. At the moment, their double room beds are basically 02 single beds joined into one bed. Quality of the mattress is just ok and each room there are only 2 pillows ( for double occupancy) no extra pillows were given when requested. Overall my stay is just OK.

Das Zimmer wurde nicht ganz sauber und die Bettwäsche waren nicht jeden Tag gewechselt.Es gibt kein Minibar kein Telephongerät und nur ein Stecker im Zimmer.Das Timmer war auch zimlich klein für 2 Person. Manche Mitarbeiter könnten kein Englisch.Das Dekoration war Altmodisch auch.Ich kann leider nicht weiter empfählen.

部屋は広くて綺麗で小さいですがバスタブがありました。足湯はもちろん頑張れば半身浴もできます。スタッフの方はとても親切でにもつのあずかりもしてくれます。暖房の効きもよく何一つ不満はありません。 壁が薄いので音に対して敏感な方は少し苦痛かもしれません。 ノイスはとても小さな町ですが冬にはクリスマスマーケットをしていて、観光名所もいくつかあります。デュッセルドルフのホテルが高かったので今回こちらのホテルを予約しましたが、電車で15分ほどで着き、駅からはとても近かったです。

20年前のビジネスホテル。シャンプーと石鹸以外のアメニティーはありません。冷蔵庫や空調設備は無く、暖房も上限設定が強制的にロックがかかっているので、真冬は寒いと思う。WiFiは何とかつながるレベルで、ビジネス利用はルーターの準備が必要です。空港まではSバーン1本、展示会場まではU78+U75でドアtoドアで1時間
