very clean, and quiet, we are very comfortable with our stay with TownePlace Suites by Marriott Annapolis. Staff were friendly and we have a great check in.

The hotel on first day give us a room which had not been clean we complaint to front desk they assign other room which had been clean the next day we called front desk to ask if room was going to be refresh jen the desk person stated they will do but when we came back to room later that day it wasnt done so at 8pm we requested new towel after calling desk which no one answer so we went down stair to desk wait about 6 mins for some one to attend us jen again said she had towels in dryer and would get us some after 1/2 hour waited unit 1005 pm she answer phone and stated she was too busy long story short we checked out the next day and still no towels location is ideal for short stay but jen seem like she didnt care there is a free small breakfast but i would stay there again or recommend to any one
