Beautiful, clean home. This was our 2nd time here & we love it! Nice, quite neighborhood with friendly people. The front porch is so comfy to relax on. Rome is so nice and easy to communicate with. We'll definitely be back.

We love this home so much that we rented it again the very next week. My husband works on the east coast for multiple days during the week, so it is such a convenient to be right down the road from New Smyrna Beach, where his office is, yet we still have the "out of town" feel during our stays. The neighborhood is very quiet and nice. Everyone waves or says hello as they walk by, while we're sitting on the gorgeous front porch. This house is spacious and clean. The king bed is soft and comfortable. My husband has never said "I love this place, let's get it again" & we've been doing vrbo's for years. Rome is nice and quick to respond to messages. I can not say enough great things about this home. 5

Great hosts and location

Host responded immediately to questions and was very pleasant. The location is right off a walking path on a quiet street but within walking distance of food, pharmacy and grocery stores. The house itself was exceptionally clean and comfortable. Will stay again!
