A great place to stay, easy walking distance from the Port of Leith and Edinburgh's St. James Quarter. The check-in process was fully automated and seamless. Our room was well equipped, cosy, and comfortable, and unlike so many places I have stayed in, the shower was top notch. The Nespresso machine and a great supply of coffee was a welcome bonus.

We had an absolutely wonderful time with the Valentine room, it was spacious, comfy, and had all the amenities that we could have asked for and then some. The bathroom was gigantic and easy to use the facilities in there, and staff were super helpful when we didnt know where something was, and kept our towels in fresh supply and kept the room tidy even if we didnt ask. It felt like an overall lovely time, and we definitely want to come back next year if we can!

Great stay. It's in a convenient, quiet location with a comfortable bed. Having self-serve coffee and tea were nice touches, and I appreciated the clothing steamer. Note that if you're on the top floor (which our room, Claremont, was on), there are a several steep flights of stairs that would pose mobility issues for some people.

Very nice room. Lots of restaurants and coffee shops for breakfast nearby. Leith shore area 10 minutes walk. Tram stops 5 minutes away. Tescos nearby as well. Nice park across the road. Very quiet area as well. Ideal area and place to stay. Free parking on the road over the weekend and free parking on a couple of roads 5 minutes away.

Room was clean and comfortable, with a nice range of tea/coffee and a good set of cutlery and crockery for nibbles at home base. Cleaning daily was fantastic and efficient. Well placed on the team for easy access into New Town and Old Town, and some lovely spots around the hotel itself for breakfast and drinks!

Stayed in the Wellington. Room and grounds were clean and great location. Access was easy with the keycode system. No staff no check in/out, easy. However the walls were a bit thin, and Friday morning after a night of drinking was woken up early by the noise and smell of petrol with the groundskeeping right outside our window on ground level. The shower pan was very shallow and easily floods the bathroom if youre not careful. Pillows could have been a bit more comfortable too.

The room was so nice. And clean. And the staff they came to clean the room in the afternoon were so kind. Also on check in i had to call the reception about letting us in because our keypad for the door wasnt cooperating, but the lady on the phone was very helpful and understanding. The obly thing i will say is in our room more lighting in the cupboards where the tea and coffee id and also more sickets for plugging in phones. The room ws very dark and hard to see. Also make the keypad light up or make a sound when you tap the numbers. They are silent and it was hard to know if i was inputing the code and then the little siren would go off and that was confusing but other then that great place to stay and would stay again in a heart beatgo off and
