The site manager was super helpful and quick to respond. The rooms were very warm despite the outside temperature and the water was extremely hot so showers were delightful. The stairs were a challenge but good cardio workouts.

Clean, neat and accessible to bus drop off and train station. Greggs, covenience shops and other eateries are around the areas as well. As the accomodation entrance is not very obvious, so be careful not to miss it especially when we arrived, it was raining heavy and dark in the evening. Thanks

Great location for access to the old city. Room was well used and a bit worn. Bathroom smelled a bit (stale water maybe?) so I purchased an air freshener. Fully functional, had most things you need.

Superb place in oldtown. We really liked our stay there. Room was quite warm and we could not lower the temperature. Therefore we had to open the windows from time to time But everything else was just great. We will come again

Great location. It's very close to the Royal Mile and other attractions and lots of food and shopping near. The room was very clean, easy in/out and spacious. It's a busy area, so expect a bit of noise at night.

Not a safe area. Drunk people at entrance way. Tight stairway with NO elevator. Extremely difficult to bring luggage to third floor. Not clean washroom with seems to be blood stain at all toilet rolls. Small rooms with no head room. Overall poor conditions. Strongly NOT recommended at all.

ThIs property was centrally located for walking all over old town. There was a bus station right outside the door which would have been handy but we enjoyed the weather and walked all over. The only suggestion I would make which is a tiny one...door stops would be handy. All the doors are big thick doors and they are on spring hinges so they close automatically. Thanks for a great stay!

Great location but expect a bit of noise because it’s located in a busy area. Lots of good shopping and dining options. Reception staff were helpful and communicated well Shower was quite fussy to adjust and the temperature varied a lot -made it challenging to shower comfortably.

Nice flat, stiflingly hot though

Flat was clean and had great amenities ( i.e. fridge, kitchen, shower). However it was too hot even with the windows opened it was still 29C. The bedroom had a good sized fan. The room with the sofa bed was only made bearable by the other fan but it was still too small.

Great space for the price. Comfortable, spacious, and well located. However, the apt was very warm since you cannot open any windows and it was 50-60 degrees Fahrenheit when I was there. Thankfully, they provided a fan which I had running 24/7 when I was there.
