The property was clean. Our unit was next to the lobby and the front bedroom was so incredibly loud. Comfy bed and nice accomodation otherwise. Disappointing that after communicating a week ahead that there was a tragic death and only 2 of us could actually come rather than 5, they wouldn’t budge on a refund so it was way more space than what we needed.

I found some used tissues under my bed - but overall - the apartment was clean when we 'moved in.' The front desk staff - especially Jess - were very helpful!!

Lovely staff and efficient check-in. The walk 200m or so down the road to another building was unexpected, though fine for us (maybe not if it was raining or if we had any mobility issues). Our room was on street level and felt like we were essentially on the street - very noisy when people walked past.

The team that checked us in were wonderful amd very helpful. Unfortunately, the member of staff who was around on Saturday was not very helpful and a bit rude. When we notted that our rubbish hadnt been removed, and we needed new ttowels and coffee pods, she became aggressive and indicated that servicing only occured every 7 days. However the information in the room indicated that we could get fresh towels as required. A good stay that was tarnished by a rude employee.

This property is a collection of suites located in several buildings along one street in Edinburgh. The apartment we stayed in had everything we needed including a laundry machine. It allowed us to have an apartment-style stay for a couple of nights in the middle of our road trip, which was convenient.

Lovely apartment and very quiet. Walkable to shopping. Early morning taxi and Duncan was there to make sure the taxi arrived at 3:45 am. He was amazing and very helpful. Staff is very helpful and efficient. Restaurants close by.

Room was clean. Just a bit of a wait after we had a delayed flight then delayed luggage, finally got to the hotel and the check in was closed for break. So we waited about half an hour and weren’t aware we could text them on WhatsApp since we didn’t have a phone plan to call to be let in.

Good location in the center of the city, in the center of all major attractions. Friendly staff, comfortable and spacious rooms. Parking is convenient but a bit expensive at 15 pounds. Condition of the rooms are well kept and new. Would recommend.

Far too small for our family of 4 , 2 adult children and 2 parents with huge suitcases no where to lay anything out , nothing in the bathroom to put your stuff down , tiny dining table and a couch only seated 2 of us , the rest had to sit on kitchen chairs, not worth the money we paid and really small !!
