There were cigarette ashes in the bathroom sink. We called the front desk so we didn’t get blamed. We were asked “can you just wash them down the drain”. We did so but the room smelled like smoke. The room had been cleaned so it had to be the folks cleaning the rooms.

Clean rooms. Staff members were friendly and very helpful. Parking was easy and the hotel had ample entrances around the building providing easy access for unloading and loading personal luggage and belongings. I loved that I could contact and converse with the front desk personnel via text messaging. Mattresses were extra firm, but some people prefer them. (I'm not one of those people. Lol.) Overall, I recommend this hotel!!
