This well maintained villa with heated private pool is located in a nice quiet area outside of Denia and it is only a short walk to the beach. The residential area close to the sea and the very beautiful garden with palm trees, oleanders and many Mediterranean plants, cozy seating areas and atmospheric lighting leave nothing to be desired. Specifically, the villa has a large living-dining room with an open fireplace (for cozy warmth during the winter months), 2 cozy bedrooms on the ground floor, a fitted kitchen with all the extras and a bathroom with a whirlpool. In the separately accessible tower apartment, the 3rd Bedroom and another bathroom. The villa has been completely renovated.
We only charge you the final cleaning costs separately once with € 180, as well as a laundry package (bed linen, hand, shower and beach towels etc.) with € 15 per person. For environmental reasons, we use energy-conscious electricity and charge 0.25 € per kilowatt hour based on actual consumption. Water consumption and the cost of garden and pool maintenance are included in the price.
