Situated on one of the nicest residential streets in the Manasota Beach area with oak trees and ponds, Dolphin Family Tides will become a guest favorite. Newly furnished and equipped for rental, owners have thought of everything to make your stay enjoyable. House is situated on an oversized lot, which provides privacy by the pool where you can enjoy Florida nature, or quiet mornings on the patio. On entry into the home there is open plan living room with fully equipped kitchen with quartz countertops and stainless appliances. Tiled flooring throughout the home. Living room has leather sofa and chairs and island with barstools for casual dining. There is also a small dining table and chairs for extra guests. The bedrooms afford privacy. The primary bedroom which has king size bed and its own shower room on one side of house and guest bedroom on other side with queen size bed. There is a full bathroom off this bedroom. Home throughout has coastal feel. Going out to the pool area is where you will probably spend most of your days and evenings. There is an outdoor sofa set for casual relaxation and there is also a table with 8 chairs for outdoor dining. Pool can be electrically heated by winter. Large new gas grill and also in the back yard there is a firepit with Adirondack chairs and corn-hole to enjoy. Plenty of patio furniture to enjoy relaxing by the pool. Manasota beach is within walking distance or a short drive round the corner. There are bikes, fishing equipment, beach chairs, beach cart, cooler to enjoy and use. Multiple large flat screen TV's throughout the home - living room and both bedrooms and another one on patio.
