RURAL HOUSE in a quiet village 10 minutes from La Seu d'Urgell and 30 minutes from Andorra.
Perfect for the ski season and a getaway during the warmer months. A very peaceful and quiet village with spectacular views of the Cadí mountain range, close to Cerdanya. The village has a restaurant and information services located in the village hotel.
You will find numerous excursions and routes for walking, biking, quad biking, or trial biking. Free parking in the village.
This is a four-story house with no elevator.
Access to each floor is via stairs.
The ground floor has an entrance with a double bedroom (bunk bed), a full bathroom with bathtub, and the boiler room.
Upstairs you reach the 35 m² kitchen-dining room. The kitchen has a microwave, gas stove, oven, Thermomix stove, dishwasher, and two refrigerators under a peninsula-style counter. Drinking water is available. Dining room with a table for up to 10 people and a seating area with a 5-seater sofa.
The second floor has two exterior-facing double bedrooms with twin beds. One of the bedrooms has access to a terrace with built-in wardrobes. The bedrooms include the option of adding extra beds and cribs. This second floor has a shared full bathroom with a shower.
The third floor has a suite-style bedroom with a full bathroom and shower. The room has a sun terrace and a desk area. Two extra beds and an additional crib are also available. All floors have spectacular views of the Cadí Mountains and surrounding areas.
Oil-fired heating with radiators and south-facing windows.
