We missed breakfast become of being awake for New Years. Unfortunately a previous guest set alarm and it kept going off so I had hotel staff come unplug it. Due to broken sleep we missed breakfast altogether which was unfortunate. However, the room was wonderful! Spacious clean high ceilings beautiful large walkin shower with double vanities change cedar bench , dual tvs comfortable furniture in diningvarea and sofa and arm chair.zit was very comfortable and lakeview as prolised. I would highly recommend! I would book again.

I’m not saying everything was perfect. They were remodeling some of the rooms, and every now and then I could hear loud noises from my room. I mentioned it to Robert at the front desk, and he handled it in a calm and helpful way. He offered a few options to make things better and made sure the issue didn’t affect the rest of my stay. In the end, what could have been a rough experience turned into a positive one.
