The fan was loud and we weren't able to get much sleep because of it. We changed the room as soon as we got there but it seems that's a feature of the hotel. Every room has a major flaw, the AC fan is super loud and not optional. It will keep switching on from time to time and there are no controls to reduce it's intensity

Hotel 43 is a boutique hotel in a great location with good service. Great live, soft jazz in Chandlers next store. Highly recommend Hotel 43 for those that want a splurge.

I was traveling alone, and it felt safe, quiet, and clean in that regard. I saw that there was an option for room service, but couldn't find any information on that. Would have absolutely ordered some if it was available.

From there warm greeting and assistance provided by the valet to the smooth check in, our stay was wonderful. There was a small problem in our room with something on the carpet but housekeeping was very prompt in addressing and resolving the issue. The pricing is perfect especially when considering the quality of amenities and knowing the hotel is in a walkable area, near most downtown attractions.
