This is a wonderful hotel and was recently updated. It has the wonderful benefit of being above the finest restaurant in the city. For the business traveler, this hotel is perfect. However, there is no breakfast. There is no lunch and consequently, no room service. So if you’re staying several days after a while, it becomes a bit of a bummer that you need to walk and find someplace to eat breakfast and lunch. There is also no microwave in the room. However, if you’re staying overnight, you can’t beat it. We got a great rate and it was cheaper than the Hilton Garden Inn, and similar, which are much below this in standard of quality. However, for us, the lack of breakfast and lunch became an issue after several days.

GREAT hotel find! The room was pristine and very quiet, the staff (especially the valet attendants) were very friendly and helpful, and the restaurant on site (Chandlers) was amazing! It's also a great location, within walking distance to so many fun things in downtown Boise. We will be staying there again!

Very underwhelming clean is about the only positive thing I can say about it. Some staff were rude others were kind and help. Hotel didn’t have any real amenities just a restaurant. Gave off a lipstick on a pig feel. Clearly an older hotel that did a few minor renovations to make it seem more high end. I could save my money and gone to a cheaper hotel and got a better experience
