A Truly Five-Star Experience in San Antonio! We came to San Antonio for a wild cowboy wedding and were so pleasantly surprised by our recent stay – it truly felt like a five-star experience rather than a four-star! From the moment we arrived, we were enveloped in a feeling of comfort and luxury that made our trip even more special. What truly set this hotel apart was the exceptionally friendly staff. Every interaction felt genuine and warm, making us feel like we were coming home each time we walked through the doors. The small talks and personal touches were incredibly appreciated. A special shout-out to Nicole at the front desk – she was an absolute gem! She remembered us every single time we came in, which added such a wonderful personal touch to our stay. My husband and I came here for our honeymoon, and it's was absolutely fantastic! It's right on the Riverwalk, so all the restaurants and shops were in walking distance. The Valet staff and the front desk staff was very helpful and amazing! Our last night we dined at the Ostra and our server Peter was absolutely fantastic and made our honeymoon date feel very special. The Spa was amazing as well. Will definitely be staying here again.
