Greeted with pool and hot-tub is closed then you see the elevator is broken. As walk to room you see the lack of maintenance on the building. Top it off with major black mold in bathroom.

There was trash all over the grounds, a bag of feces outside our room, cigarette smoke smell inside. There was a broken shelf in the bathroom, falling off the wall. The carpet was sticky and the room smelled strongly like bleach. I also killed a cockroach in the batbroom. The pool was not open, due to "being cleaned" and that was one of the main reasons for choosing this hotel. We also had other family members stay there, for a family wedding and they only had 1 bed, requested 2. Their room also had a roach, and the room was so humid their clothes were wet the next morning. There was a dehumidifier in their room which was not turned on. They also had broken things in their room as well. For being charged $150 per night, the room was unacceptable.

Staff was pleasant and responsive and breakfast was OK, about what you'd expect from a comparable hotel chain. The biggest issue was the condition of our room and the facility in general. The bathroom floor in our room had a sticky residue, and the security latch on the door was missing. Meanwhile, the indoor swimming pool, which was the primary reason I selected this property, was closed (padlocked) with no sign or explanation explaining why. Also, the overall condition of the facility was worn and "dirty-looking".

Very Nice Manager-Marie! Room desperately needed update and painting! Found a used tampon under the bed when I was looking for a shoe. Pool area dirty near window. Stained pool made it look dirty! Neighbor said he had a cockroach in his bed! Very good breakfast tho!

Hot tub was out all week without notice, elevator broken, air conditioner smelled like cat pee, sink was leaking on floor, bathroom ceiling paint was all falling off, and bathroom ceiling fan did not work. Staff for breakfast and front desk were all very friendly and helpful. Cleaing maids did not speak any english so it made it very hard to communicate. Litter was all over on the side of our room which was the side of the building. We were told in advance the hot tub was working but when we got there we were told its being repainted and inop all week.

The first room we were put in had obviously not been cleaned. There was blue powder all over the floor, and empty to go containers under the bed. The bathroom door and tv stand were falling apart. We got switched to a new room and it was much nicer. The pool area was dirty and the floor was chipping off. This hotel is definitely not worth $90+ a night.
