The entire stay was uncomfortable and felt unclean. Used cigarettes were on tables and in elevators. Everything felt dirty. The room did not appear vacuumed and items were under beds. Bathroom sink counters and floors were obviously not cleaned well and had resudue from previous stays. The beds were not only stained, but awfully uncomfortable. The hallways smelled of Marijuana every single day and night to the point it was difficult to walk through. The temperature controls also did what they wanted and did not work most of the time too the level they stated and would randomly turn themselves to something different. Everything felt sticky and I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.

Room was ok. Hair dryer dangerous.. turning it on almost caused a fire. Toilet was not secured to floor .. could be tipped over if a heavy person sat on it. We reported both items to the front desk. We would have asked for a different room but we checked in late and had already unpacked for bed. Won’t stay at this property again.

On the first night a woman in the lobby tells us about being locked out of her car. We invite her back to the room to charge her phone to call her husband and shes like noding off. We could tell she's obviously a drug addict. We ask her to leave. Meanwhile the air in the room doesn't work and its 85 degrees at all times. We tell the front desk but they never do anything. After spending the entire 2nd day away from the room hoping that the air would be fixed we returned to the same hot room as we left. At 3am a banging on the door woke me up. It was the girl that was locked out! She was claiming to need drugs and wanted money! We told the front office and demanded a refund!

Grace at the front desk was amazing! Super helpful, wore so many hats! Room was large and very clean. Bar items were incedibly reasonable! TV with Roku was a bit unmanageable but will yry a little harder next time. Will stay again!
