The property features 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, distributed over 2 floors. On the ground floor, the living and sleeping area is generously appointed with a double sofa bed, providing a comfortable resting space that also serves as the heart of the home. This convivial space includes a dining table, making it ideal for shared meals and relaxed gatherings. The open kitchen is fully equipped and designed for convenience, featuring 4 hot plates, an oven, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine, ensuring everything you need for self-catering is readily at hand.

On the upper floor, you will find the 2 dedicated bedrooms. The first is a private room furnished with a French bed measuring 160 cm, offering a comfortable and intimate sleeping space.
