Room very clean. Heater fan made an annoying noise. I told the front desk, and they said maintenance would look at it when they came in. Never heard from them or saw them. Checked out two days early due to snow storm. Had booked through Hotels.com. Reaching out to the management, they did reimburse 1/2 nights stay.

The room was great and the staff was excellent. The breakfast was false advertisement and very disappointed. It claims a buffet breakfast. It consisted of powder eggs, biscuits with runny white gravy, sausage patties that were obviously very processed and grainy in texture...soy like. I was not impressed. I picked it because it boasted of this great breakfast buffet. So I was mad.

There was a huge pile of dirt in the bathtub. I told the staff and they said they would have someone clean it at 9 am when cleaning staff got there. They did not. I reminded them and they still did not. I asked to use another bathroom and they said yes. I was promised a discount but have not received one yet. The pool area was nasty!

The breakfast was fresh and amazing. The walls may be a bit thin, but overall it's really quiet and clean. Staff was friendly, housekeeping made sure we had everything we needed. I would definitely book again.

The room was nice. I had paid for a deluxe king room. We did not get one. Had to get a rolling bed and it was miserably uncomfortable. The hostess was so nice and apologetic. The hotel was sold out so we could not change rooms.
