In the open-plan living and dining area, you can enjoy cozy evenings by the fireplace, shared meals, or game nights. The high-quality kitchen with modern island is fully equipped. Both bedrooms feature comfortable box-spring beds.



There are two elegant bathrooms: one on the ground floor with shower and WC, and another upstairs with rain shower, bathtub, and access to the wellness area with sauna and views. Underfloor heating throughout ensures a pleasant atmosphere. The house offers fiber-optic internet.



Outside, the garden, beach chair, wooden loungers, and barbecue invite you to relax. West-facing terrace and balcony offer sea views and sunsets.
