Omakotitalo pienessä kylässä 4 rakennusten Toscanan maaseudulla metsien ja oliivitarhojen ja viinitarhojen kukkuloilla 300 m s. L. M. yläpuolella Valdarno. Se on täydellinen lähtökohta kulttuurisille ja eno-gastronomisille retkeille ja kokemaan luontoa täydellisessä rentoutuksessa.
Se sijaitsee Firenzen kaupunkien (35-45 '), Sienan (50 - 80') ja Arezzon 48 - 50 ') ja noin 8 kilometrin päässä Figline Valdarnosta, josta ne ovat nopeasti tavoitettavissa Firenze Roma -rautatie ja E32 (A1) Valdarno-moottoritien uloskäynti.
Samalla se on erityisen sopiva niille, jotka haluavat kokea rentouttavaa lomaa, läheisessä yhteydessä luontoon, upotettu rauhallisuuteen ja hiljaisuuteen mahdollisuuden retkeilyyn, pyöräilyyn tai muuhun tarkoitukseen, tarjoaa mahdollisuuden villieläinten havainnointiin (porsaan, hirven) , raptorit jne.), lähestyttäessä maalaistalon henkeä.
Se on 120 neliömetrin talo, jossa ulkouima-poreallas, rakastettu pakopaikka omistajien perheelle, tarjous viikonloppuisin (3 vrk) tai viikoittain (lyhyitä).

Perfect stay in Tuscany

We had an absolute perfect time at this remote, gorgeous house! The views are stunning and the home is centrally located to many Tuscan highlights. And the hosts were lovely. We very much recommend.

Perfect Stay

If you want to get away to a beautiful Tuscan home, this is the place. We had everything we needed for our stay here. We had breakfasts here and intended to cook a few evening meals, but those plans didn't always work out. The hosts are very responsive and we didn't have any issues. I am already missing this lovely place! I highly recommend your stay here!

We zijn al in heel veel huisjes geweest, maar dit was de meest complete en het mooist gelegen. De laatste 2 kilometer naar het huisje zijn een kleine uitdaging, maar dan heb je ook wat. Uitstekend ingericht, keurig netjes en overal airconditioning. Met 39 graden ook wel nodig. Van het buiten bubbelbad in de tuin hebben we meerdere malen per dag gebruik gemaakt. Heerlijk! Onze uitstekende host reageerde snel op een vraag of melding. In één woord: bellisimo (dus).

Fantastic House in a beautiful area

We really enjoyed our stay here. Enrico and Marta were very nice and showed us around when we first arrived. The house was completely ours and it was beautifully furnished and clean. It has a great kitchen and living area and the bedrooms were large with air conditioning. The bed was one of the most comfortable I have ever slept on. The highlight is the back terrace where you can enjoy breakfast and dinner while listening to the birds and enjoying the peace and quiet of the countryside. This was one of the best places we have ever stayed in Italy....very highly recommended!!

Nous avons passé un EXCELLENT séjour dans votre gite. Tout a été parfait, l'accueil, la propreté, le décor de la maison, le jacuzzi, les alentours du gite entourés d'oliviers(les voisins sont charmants), la fraicheur de la maison avec la climatisation et les ventilateurs, les différentes terrasses pour manger ou se reposer ..... bref tout est parfait. La maison est vraiment très bien équipée, joliment décorée et spacieuse, rien ne manque.... Et surtout l'accueil chaleureux de Enrico, sa femme et Martha (qui parle couramment français), encore merci à eux pour toutes les petites attentions qu'ils nous ont offerts tout au long de notre séjour (même le petit chien a eu droit à ses gâteaux...) - Vraiment merci beaucoup à eux trois, d'ailleurs on leur fait des gros bisous. Nous recommandons absolument cette location et nous reviendrons !

La détente assurée dans une maison de rêve !

Nous recherchions une maison de vacances confortable dans un endroit calme et nous avons trouvé la location idéale à la Tancherina ! Cette maison qui respire la fraicheur à l´intérieur (climatisée à l´étage...), avec ses plusieurs terrasses et son jacuzzi à l´extérieur est vraiment la maison de rêve pour des vacances de rêve. Les moustiquaires aux fenêtres et aux portes sont très pratiques aussi... Marta et Enrico sont des hôtes formidables. Leur hospitalité et leur générosité sont sans égal. Nous les remercions encore pour leur accueil remarquable et nous espèrons les revoir à l´occasion de nos prochaines vacances en Toscane. arrivederci e ci vediamo presto

La Tacherina

Travel is about many things: learning and understanding new cultures and – importantly – reflecting upon one’s own; delighting in new languages; meeting new people; staying in a relaxing location; and refreshing one’s curiosity about life. ‘La Tacherina’ is a beautiful, warm, homey spot high in the Tuscan Hills. Enrico and his daughter Marta are beautiful, warm, human beings. They are both absolutely delightful to deal with and very clearly love their home and want you to enjoy it to the full. La Tacherina is about a 15-minute drive up the hillsides through Gavile – with its 1000 year-old church – and onward. What begins as a narrow country road becomes a really narrow back road, and then becomes a really, really, narrow dirt road, but, eventually, home hoves into sight and two very excited dogs bark out a welcome! Excited, because the hamlet wherein one finds La Tacherina is but four houses and countless olive and fig trees. Enrico showed us around and we were greeted with a bowl piled high with local strawberries, a bottle of Chianti, an Easter cake, Easter eggs, dried salami and a basket of breadsticks. Our welcome extended to a greeting from ‘Felice’ – the resident outdoor cat [our name for him]. He may be fed at your own discretion and he is the most well-behaved feline we have ever met. Gracious, appreciative and largely content with his own company. Oh, and he loves sleeping in the olive tree overhanging one of the patios. The ‘home’ – which it is and is distinctly not a ‘house’ – is a lovely two-story building, renovated in 2001 from an old coach house. Upstairs has two bedrooms, a bathroom with shower and spectacular views. Downstairs is a large area comprising a living room, dining room, second bathroom also with shower, and a good-sized kitchen. The place is well equipped although it does not have an oven, although you could use the BBQ outside. One day the neighbouring children peeked through the fence and their grandmother appeared with a basket of freshly laid eggs for us. We returned the favour with a chocolate Easter bunny and chocolate eggs. Rarely have we seen a more appreciative audience – the children were positively giddy with joy! It should be added that we were joined by two close friends who had never visited Italy and La Tacherina touched off their love affair. All in all, a fabulous place with wonderful hosts. We experienced Tuscany with its delightful charm, thanks again, Enrico & Marta!

Marta and Her Family Provided a 5 Star Tuscan Experience

My family and I could not have been happier with our experience here. Marta and her family provided us with everything we needed (restaurants, wineries, site seeing and how to get around the property). The hot tub was an absolute delight especially in the winter. One of the nights we stayed in and watched Under the Tuscan Sun that they had ready in the DVD player for us. It was an absolute pleasure. We can't wait to come back again.

Tres belle maison au calme et idéale pour partir visiter la vallée du chianti

La maison est très agréable, calme et fonctionnelle avec de multiples activités de jeux ( baby foot, panier de basket, puissance 4,...). Elle est le point de départ parfait pour se balader dans la vallée du chianti et plus largement en Toscane. Les hôtes sont particulièrement attentionnés et disponibles avec de charmantes idées gourmandes. De plus, les propriétaires parlent dans un français impeccable !!! La route d'accès à la maison nécessite d'être particulièrement prudent en cas de voiture de sport, mais une fois sur place, la vue est magnifique, la nature vous entoure et vous n'êtes pas à l'abri de croiser des cerfs. Bref, une excellente adresse qui nous donne envie de revenir ou de partager avec des amis.

We have been received very hospitabe by Marta and her father. When we arrived at the house there were drinks and hors d oeuvres that made us feel very welcome. The house was cosy, comfortable and obviously decorated with love. The garden was well taken care of with olive trees and a fige tree and amazing fews from almost all terraces. Every evening we jumped into the jaccuzzi.... With the risk of getting a fige on our head or in the water ! At daytime there was a lot to see and to discover in our surroundings. Every curve in the little roads in the moutains showed us a spectaculair few and we enjoyed all the little villages and the winegards. Great chance we will come back to this house next year ! Maison très agréable à vivre. Le jacuzzi est très reposant et le coin est très calme !! idéal

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié cette maison, idéalement située entre Florence et Sienne. Le hameau est très calme, les multiples terrasses permettent de se protéger du soleil ou d'en profiter toute la journée...quant au jacuzzi; idéal pour se détendre. Les hôtes nous attendaient au village tout proche et nous ont accompagné jusqu'à la maison..là-bas, plein de petites attentions nous attendaient et la maison nous a été présentée avec beaucoup de détails. Tout était parfait pour nous détendre.

Charming rural retreat with modern comfort

We really enjoyed the solitude of Enrico’s country house and were welcomed with great hospitality. Its rural setting with 280 degree terrace surrounded by fig, olive, and diverse fruit trees is a refreshing change from city life. Owner’s tips about regional wine, olive oil, and shopping were very helpful.

Beautiful, immaculate house in stunning countryside

The house is beautiful, it has been sympathetically restored and was spotlessly clean. It is a house that feels loved! Everything had been thought of, you open a drawer and there are tissues or sachets of shampoo, lavender bags, little soaps, sun cream and so on. The surrounding countryside is stunning, you can’t hear a road, there are turtle doves, nightjars and owls calling in the evenings. The hot tub is an added bonus and does freshen you up. Plenty of parking too and all feels very private. The property is accessed by a single width track, which I takes some getting used to but well worth it, would definitely stay here again. Marta and Enrico are very friendly and did everything to ensure we had a fantastic stay

Un veritable paradis ou la dolce vita prend tout son sens !

Nous avons passé une semaine dans cette maison du Chianti en famille avec notre chien. C'est une maison ou l'on se sent chez soit , décorée et aménagée avec gout ou de petites attention se remarquent dans toutes les pièces, avec tout ce qu'il faut à l'arrivée sans s'inquiéter y compris ...un apéritif de bienvenue chaleureux , du café , un grand panier d'oranges excellentes le matin. Le jacuzzi a fait notre bonheur en rentrant d'excursion, toujours prêt à 34° et le babyfoot a fait le bonheur des jeunes ! La connexion wifi est bonne. Mis à part un ou 2 réveil au son de la débrousailleuse du voisin, c'est très calme et la promenade dans la forêt autour un régal ! Tout paradis se mérite : l'accès se fait par petite route sinueuse et finit par chemin de terre praticable . Les petites attentions et aide de la famille NIgi sont aussi très appréciable ! Marta parle très bien français en plus ! Nous sommes partis à regrets mais enchantés ! Merci de votre accueil !

Gite de charme

Une très jolie rénovation au calme dans la campagne toscane. Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour grâce aux mille attentions de Marta et Enrico. Le gite est très bien équipé, la literie confortable. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir profiter du jacuzzi! Grâce aux conseils de nos hôtes nous avons pu tester les produits locaux et organiser nos visites de Florence et Sienne.

Une semaine idéale en Toscane avec tout le confort et un accueil sympathique

La maison est très agréable, grande et bien décorée; les chambres sont confortables . Tous les équipements sont de qualité. Le chauffage central a été appréciable en ce printemps mais le jacuzzi aussi, sous le figuier du jardin ! L'environnement rural est typique de la Toscane dans ce petit hameau très calme, dans un beau site, et l'accueil chaleureux et disponible de la famille propriétaire place le vacancier dans une ambiance de vacance très agréable. Plusieurs terrasses couvertes ou non permettent de profiter du beau temps. Un excellent choix pour des vacances familiales au pied des monts du Chianti et près de Florence, facilement reliée par l'autoroute passant à quelques kilomètres dans la vallée de l'Arno. F.F.

Séjour extraordinaire dans une magnifique villa.

Un gros merci à Martha et Enrico pour leur accueil. La villa était superbe et nous avons pu profiter et découvrir la Toscane facilement. Great location to explore Central Tuscany

The owners will have to meet you at the church as the first time the house is difficult to find but the home is actually perfectly located to visit the main towns of Firenze and Sienna plus all of the Chianti region. Equipped with everything you need, Enrico and his family are delightful and very helpful. Thank you. We will stay on again on our next visit.

Idyllic house for a quiet Tuscan getaway

We drove to the nearby village and were met by Marta and Enrico, who showed us the way to the house and took the time to show us everything we needed. They also provided some welcoming food and wine to start our holiday off in fine style. The house is charming and was plenty big enough for us and our two teenage daughters. During the day, whichever direction the sun is shining from, there is always a place to sit either in the sun or in the shade. When it gets very hot a quick dip in the jacuzzi is very refreshing. We went in the height of summer and inside the house was comfortably cool despite the record temperatures outside. It is a 15 minute drive to Figline Valdarno where there are supermarkets, restaurants, shops and a fabulous ice cream parlour. The surrounding countryside is beautiful and there are a number of charming towns and villages to explore in the Chianti region. There are regular train services to Florence if you wish to partake of a little culture, but much of the time we were happy to relax in peace and tranquillity. Sadly, we could only stay a week before having to get back to work and school, but we would happily have stayed for much longer. Thank you Marta and Enrico for sharing your lovely house!

Maison spacieuse au coeur de la toscane, propriétaires charmants et très accueillants.

Merci à la famille Nigi pour son accueil chaleureux dans leur grande et belle maison perdue dans la campagne de Toscane. Havre de paix idéal pour se ressourcer et visiter les villes somptueuses que sont Florence, Arrezo, Sienne, San Gimignano. Merci encore pour votre accueil Enrico et Marta et vos délicates attentions à l'arrivée et à notre départ.
