Absolutely fabulous and unique duplex is located in the privileged and picturesque gated and guarded Residencial PANORAMIC BEACH, where all the houses are modern, minimalist, luxury style with a swimming pool, park and a beautiful green area. We have 3 bedrooms in total, all double and spacious. Bedroom 1 has 2 single beds and in bedroom 2 is the double bed. Bedroom 3 is the suite with the King Size bed with its very beautiful designer bathroom and large chill out terrace facing the sea with direct stunning sea views.

The house has 3 terraces to enjoy the sun and shade at different times of the day.
It is an exceptional place to live comfortably all year round.
