Unique house in Costa da Morte, located in the village of Mallas, 1 km from Praia Langosteira (14 minutes on foot) and 4 km from Praia de O Rostro ( 6min. by car) offers total privacy with garden and views of the valley and sea views.
The space
It's an artist's house that in addition to having artwork on the walls, includes a bar space, a small stage, two rows of armchairs, and a dining table. It also has an outdoor table in the terrace and a grill to enjoy during the summer. Stove-laws will find an industrial cuisine and a traditional Krakow. The house features three comfortable bedrooms, two living rooms with sofas, wood stove and pellet stove, as well as a flat screen and fiber optic connection, and all basic equipment for the enjoyment and well-being of guests.
Guest access
During your stay the house is fully available to guests, who have exclusive access to the entire property.
Other things to note
The house is a real indoor retreat but it's built into a small village with neighbors we wouldn't want to disturb, so we'll recommend complementary parking options in case you need to park multiple vehicles.
The house is rented for the exclusive enjoyment of its guests and parties and events are not allowed.
Compliance with the elementary rules of respect and coexistence is understood.
