* We only provide starter packs and basics for you, no matter the length of your stay. Below is what is provided in the home:
- One roll of toilet paper per bathroom
- One roll of paper towels
- Starter laundry pod
- Dish soap
- Bar of hand soap per bathroom
- Kitchen basics (pots, pans, utensils, dinnerware, cups/mugs/wine glasses, toaster, Keurig or drip coffee machine - see listing for type provided in the home)
- Bath towels (NOT beach towels)
- Linens

We know you’ll have your own needs and preferences, so we thought it might be helpful to consider what else to bring and/or buy while here. Please note below that due to health/sanitary concerns we do not provide cooking spices or condiments. Below is what you will need to supply on your own:

- AGE RESTRICTIONS: The registering guest must be at least 25 years of age and will be held responsible for all parties and/or guests of this reservation. - There is to be no smoking inside and/or outside of this home. If we find evidence of smoking, you will be charged $500.
