The Apartment is on the first floor of a classic Florentine building, you can reach it with only 23 wide and easy steps.
It is perfect for two people. Principio Apartment has been totally refurbished in July 2016 and is equipped with all the necessary conveniences. Everything is brand new.
- In the kitchen/living-room: dishwasher, microwave with grill, italian and american coffeemaker, kettle, induction stove and induction cookware, toaster, Italian coffee machine, bluetooth Speakers with embedded radio to connect your Smartphone/Tablet and play your favorite music.

It is the perfect base for a day trip to Siena, Pisa, Lucca, Bologna.
