The room was too small for 3 beds. The corridor had a very bad smell the whole time .however the room was clean and the bathroom recently renovated . The air conditioner was new and worked well . The hotel was in a central location around the corner from the train station. However the street was very dirty and we felt unsafe at times . The staff were polite and helpful . A 3 star rating for the hotel .

Perfect location for travel by train. Easy to walk to main attractions. Luggage storage and an amazing breakfast! Also the most comfortable pillows we have ever had at a hotel! Definitely worth the price!

Great location and spacious rooms

Very great location and spacious room. We had a family room for 5 person and it was a great value. The breakfast was a good surprise. I was expecting continental breakfast. It there was also eggs and sausages, fruits, bread, pastries, cereals, yogourt. Staff is very professional and friendly. I highly recommend.

Pros - Great location. Ten minute walk to the Duomo, Uffizi and Accademia. Cons - Hallway leading to the hotel smelled like sewage.

Unsafe to live in the room as room had broken tiles, shower head was supposed to fell being loose, shower was hitting the wall and no the body. Elevator was unsafe. Hope the fix stuff before renting
