We absolutely loved staying here. The staff was so helpful. We rented a van so parking was a challenge, but we were able to get that sorted out at a parking garage. The hotel is centrally located to so many hitorical sites. An easy walk to the Duomo, the leather markets, restaurants, and everything else in that area. Absolutely perfect location. The building where the hotel is located is 600 years old and the hotel is tastefully decorated, very clean, with all the room amenities you will need to enjoy your stay. Highly recommended!

Lovely room - well appointed and beautifully furnished. Our train was delayed so we were late arriving but they sent us all we needed to get in. Only one complain - only one key in the box. If someone books a room for two - there should always be 2 keys in the box. Other than that it was great!

This was a very friendly and clean place to stay. Service was outstanding, making sure all our needs were fulfilled. Room provided many towels, robes and slippers. The room and bathroom were very spacious. I would highly recommend.

Great stay with central location. One star removed for disturbing loud door mechanism from other guests coming and going on our floor and towel heater that stops working midway during the stay. They only change the towels after the third night, otherwise there is a fee.

Our room was clean and beautifully appointed. The bathroom was spacious and elegant. The bed was so comfortable with gorgeous quality bedding. The windows are substantial so that the room was supremely quiet. There are plenty of restaurants in the area within walking distance. The only inconvenience was trying to find the hotel as the entry door is difficult to find. Very charming old structure is included in the decor with some exposed original brick alcoves with lighting to highlight the features. Lovely dark, wood exposed beams and wood ceiling. Such a wonderful treat!

Very good hotel in great location

A lovely hotel, and an excellent location, one block from the Galileo Museum, and two blocks from the Ufizi. Our room was spacious and clean, the service was excellent. Highly recommend.

The property was centrally located to food,shopping, tourist attractions. We had a problem with heat and hvac. I message them about the problem. They kept telling me to turn the knobs and reset remote control. None of it worked. We had to sleep in a cold room all night. They did not check back with us at all. I had to inform them the next day that it wasnt working. I was told some excuse that the hot water for radiators run certain times of the day. The mini split for heat and air kept giving me a error code 7. Finally afterwards the next day things were working as should be.
