Cozy apartment in a central location. Situated in a lively and dynamic neighborhood, full of services, restaurants, and typical shops. It is possible to comfortably reach the main attractions of the city on foot, just a few steps from Piazza Santa Croce.Located on the first floor without an elevator of a typical Florentine building, the apartment consists of: two double bedrooms (all beds are separable), a living area with a fully equipped kitchenette and dining table, a spacious bathroom, and a bright balcony with a view of the Church of Santa Croce.

Upon arrival, our guests will find a courtesy kit to meet their first needs (toilet paper, soap, shampoo, etc.).
The apartment is located in a restricted traffic zone. 
Check-in is by appointment from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM. For arrivals after 8:00 PM, a supplement will be applied.

Service limitation:
Air conditioning in Italy is regulated by national laws that set a minimum temperature of 20°C and a maximum of 22°C.
The temperature values ​​allowed in our apartment are 19°C (+ 2°C tolerance) up to a maximum of 21° C. Based on Decree no. 383 of 6/10/2022 of the Ministry of Ecological Transition, for the winter season, the period of switching on the systems for the Municipality of Florence is allowed from 8 November to 7 April, for a maximum of 11 hours per day.
Pay attention to your house keys. In case of loss or non-delivery of the keys, a cost of 50 Euros will be charged for replacing the lock for security reasons.
For urgent interventions caused by the guest outside office hours (from 10pm to 8am) a payment of EUR100 will be required. 

As per italian law n°214/2011 (art. 40.1) the italian police require us to report our guests' identification details. The info that guests are required to provide include a valid ID and resident address.
To ensure maximum comfort for all guests, we recommend using the shower one person at a time. The apartment is equipped with a water heater, so simultaneous use of hot water may temporarily reduce the water temperature.

City Tax: € 6,00 per person per night to pay at check-in for a maximum of 7 nights

PRENOTANDO IL MIO APPARTAMENTO STAI ACCETTANDO LE SEGUENTI REGOLE: - In conformità alla legislazione vigente in materia di anti-terrorismo, durante il check-in vi sarà richiesto il vostro documento d'identità o passaporto per la registrazione al Dipartimento di Pubblica Sicurezza. Se non avete i documenti o siete sprovvisti dei dati richiesti, per legge non potremo effettuare il check-in.
- La fascia oraria per il check-in è dalle 14:00 alle 20:00;
- Il late check-in, se preventivamente concordato, è possibile al costo:
• Dalle 20:00 alle 22:00, 50 Euro
• Dalle 22:00 alle 00:00, 80 Euro
• Dalle 00:00 alle 02:00, 100 Euro
- Il check-out è previsto per le 11:00; - La presenza di eventuali altri ospiti deve essere preventivamente autorizzata dal nostro staff; - Non è consentito fare feste; - Per favore, evitate rumori forti e evitate di sbattere le porte dopo le 23.00;
- All’interno dell’appartamento NON è consentito fumare;
- Gli animali sono ammessi su richiesta. Sarà richiesto un supplemento di 20 € a soggiorno;
- Culla e seggiolone sono disponibili su richiesta, ad un costo di 20 € a soggiorno;
- Se qualcosa si rompe o si rovina, fatecelo sapere, verremo a controllare; - Prestate attenzione alle chiavi di casa. In caso di perdita o mancata consegna delle chiavi, verrà addebitato un costo di 50 Euro per la sostituzione della serratura per motivi di sicurezza;
- Per interventi urgenti causati dall'ospite fuori orario dell'ufficio (Dalle 22:00 alle 08:00) sarà richiesto un pagamento di 100 €;
- L’appartamento è posizionato in un'area pedonale, non raggiungibile in macchina. Se state pensando di raggiungere l’appartamento in auto non esitate a contattarmi per avere informazioni sui parcheggi privati di zona.
-RISCALDAMENTO REGOLE: in base al Decreto n°383 del 6/10/2022 del Ministero della Transizione Ecologica, per la stagione invernale 2022-2023, il periodo di accensione degli impianti per il Comune di Firenze è consentito dall’8 novembre al 7 aprile, per un massimo di 11 ore giornaliere. I valori di temperatura consentiti nel nostro appartamento sono di 19°C (+ 2°C di tolleranza) fino a massimo 21°C, vi ringraziamo per la gentile collaborazione.
