We had such a great stay at this hotel! The front desk staff were so friendly and helpful. I loved the unique room decor. We ended up in a room That actually had 2 separate bedrooms Which was perfect as we were traveling with our college aged daughter. It was very spacious and even had a small kitchenette. Although we didn’t use it we know now for future visits. We will definitely be back!

A good stay in Florence

We stayed 3 nights, during a heat wave, and we very much appreciated the on-site pool! The power went out in our room for one night, and Gianni rhe manager discounted the evening's stay. Cristina and Francesco were very helpful and friendly at the front desk. Breakfast was good. Recommended for your stay in Florence.

Amazing!

Absolutely amazing hotel, I've never stayed in better. We got a room upgrade and it was the nicest room ever. Art on the ceiling and the altar! The staff were all wonderful. We went in the sauna and pool both nights, and the gym. Really good choice of food and drink for breakfast. Couldn't fault anything.

One room…shower had no hot water Other room. Shower was burning hot Issues with door locks had to go back to front desk Pool…whole reason we booked. Key did not work. Front desk says we need a reservation to use the pool! What? That’s a first. Road in front closed had to walk with luggage. 12 dollar gross breakfast. Cheap feel. Ametuer look and feel. Not worth the price.

The hotel was fantastic! Clean, conveniently located, quiet and great A/C. Only downside was the WiFi. Cell service poor inside buildings in historic Florence and then the hotel WiFi in our room was not good. We had to move around the room and sit still to get enough bandwidth.

This place was the best out almost ten we went into in our Europe trip. Location unbeatable. The room was outstanding super clean and most importantly it was BiG. Staff also great, the only problem we had was reserving our taxi to the train station, even thought I checked out 3 hours before my trip and specifically asked for a big van (4 people 6 luggage’s), long story short I almost lost the train because they sent a regular Taxi to pick us up. Special mention to Simona (front desk) hard worker and super attentive. Gym, pool, food, great. Internet not so much. Also as a bonus, the best restaurant in town is next to this Hotel, don’t miss it, TrePepi, 5 stars.

Good location. Small but clean room and bathroom. Reasonable breakfast. Elevator available. AC wasn't working, which was a problem given the mosquitoes this time of year in Florence - you either get bit or get hot. I'd give this hotel 3.5 stars.
