Apartment with independent entrance located near Piazza Puccini, in a quiet area but at the same time surrounded by everything you need: bars/pastry shops, restaurants, post office, bank, pharmacy and various supermarkets as well as recently opened premises located in the complex of the former " Manifattura Tabacchi” recently redeveloped. The apartment has just been renovated and is welcoming and comfortable, consisting of a large living room - kitchen, double bedroom and bathroom. It can accommodate up to a maximum of 4 people as there is a comfortable double sofa bed. The kitchen is fully equipped with induction hob, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave oven, kettle, espresso coffee machine and toaster. It is also equipped with washer/dryer, WI-FI connection, 50 inch LG Smart TV, air conditioning with split inverter (hot/cold). The bedroom is equipped with a large wardrobe and the bathroom is complete with bidet and large shower. The historic center can be easily reached on foot, by bicycle through the beautiful Cascine Park and the Lungarni, or by public transport (main bus stop 150 meters away and the nearest tram stop "San Donato – Università" 800 meters away). In the nearby Piazza Puccini there is a fruit and vegetable market every morning, from Monday to Friday, as well as various stalls.
