This hotel has very helpful and friendly staff and customer service . A/C works. Very well during hot summer. Hotel is well located . Rooms comfortable. We had breakfast included with was a plus , it had everything and more. Hotel was clean and has elevators . Cafe and bar open until late night . 100% recommend it .

This is an excellent hotel. We stayed here 3 nights. It is about 1.5 miles from Uffizi. Walk directly along the river to/from the hotel. The service we got was the best of our entire vacation. Staff was very helpful and English speaking. Rooms were clean, modern and comfortable. Street construction made accessing the hotel by car a bit difficult, and we had to park at a public lot about 4-5 blocks away. It was nice being away from all of the tourists and crowds, yet close enough to walk or taxi to get to restaurants, shopping or museums. I would stay here again. Very please with this choice and felt it was a very good value.

Upon arrival we did notices our reservation was not as it should have beeined,we diD réservé one room for 4 adultes and what they diD have on file,famille room for 2 adultes,in our booking ,we made it clear that we were booking,one room for 4 adultes ,we were accomodate with room for 4 adultes,first we were asked to pay 267 € but finally they brought the price down to 120€+taxe +daily fee per persons 7€ per person per night,who ever fault night have been expédia or the hotel as a customer we should not be responsable. The room they give us was 2 small bed and one sofa bed that like a couple with slepp there but was very inconfortable I don’t want to complening again because we have only one more night to go. The hotel was good but the mistake was terrible.

A beautiful property with helpful staff. We arrived late due to a train delay. They helped us find a restaurant and a taxi quickly. The only downside is the location- no restaurants close by- alternatively the restaurant inside the hotel was surprisingly good. Highly recommend

We had a great stay at this hotel! The staff were friendly and the room was fairly clean. The included breakfast was the star of the show. The only two issues were that the parking lot on site was full so we had to find our own parking and we were delayed about 30 minutes when we showed up for check in because the room wasn’t ready by 4 PM.

A very nice hotel away from the hustle and bustle. It is clean and comfortable and the staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfast is lovely and there is a lot of choice. We would definitely be staying there again when back in Florence!
