The apartment is located on the ground floor of a 16th-century building in the center of Florence, in one of the coolest district —Sant'Ambrogio—full of Florentine and lively atmosphere. Located 400 meters from the Duomo, 600 meters from Piazza della Signoria, and 500 meters from the Basilica of Santa Croce, it offers the opportunity to visit the entire city center, always having home nearby! Measuring 130 square meters, it includes two bedrooms, a large living room, two bathrooms with showers (without bidets), a fully equipped kitchen, and a small private internal courtyard where smoking is permitted. It opens onto a charming windowed corridor. An antechamber with a gilded mirror, chest of drawers, and a window overlooking the private internal courtyard leads to the small, cozy bedroom on the left, featuring a queen-size bed (140x200), a smart TV, air conditioning, and a coat rack. To the right, climbing three ancient stone steps leads to the open-plan bathroom with shower (but no bidet). Continuing along the main corridor, we reach the large bedroom, equipped with a smart TV, air conditioning, and an open-plan bathroom with a sink and walk-in shower. At the end of the corridor is the modern kitchen, equipped with an oven, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, and a complete set of dishes and utensils. The apartment is equipped with a fire extinguisher, methane gas and carbon monoxide detectors, free internet access, three smart TVs, heating, and air conditioning. The property is non-smoking, with a designated smoking area in a small private courtyard. A children's camp bed can be added. Pets are not allowed.
