We stayed at this properly several times over the years. We love the breakfast and the breakfast staff, Anna and Mohammed. We love the location, close to the Mercado Centrale, the leather carts, the train and our favorite restaurant, ZaZa. We didn’t get our room upgrade until 3 days after we got there. They forgot.

We loved the place, the room and meeting Valeria on the reception. She was like human encyclopedia. She knew everything about Firenze's history and many hidden information and places that you wouldn't find on Internet. She was super welcoming and gave us so may tips to make our trip better. Don't let a compact room scare you, the amenities are great and we liked the cold afternoon flavored waters in the lobby. The hotel was next to one of the restaurant hot spots in Florence. The staff was exceptionally friendly

We stayed at this hotel for just two nights, but it left a great impression. The breakfast was absolutely amazing, and the staff were polite and genuinely caring. While the building itself is quite old, that’s typical for Florence—part of the city’s historic charm—so it’s best to set expectations accordingly. Overall, it’s a quiet, pleasant place to stay, with excellent access to most of Florence’s main attractions and just a short walk from the train station.

Fine hotel - near the center of Florence

Very nice hotel near the center of Florence. The staff was superb, breakfast was very nice, and close to many fine places to eat. Great experience. I would stay here again.

I have stayed here several times and I always enjoy it. IT is now under new ownership since my last stay, but all staff very nice and accomodating. Parking situtation was difficult due to multiple construction sites around the hotel. I did not know the car would be off site, but they sent a valet to come and get it, so it worked out.

The location and the staff are exceptional!! While the interior of the property is a little dated, you can’t beat its location and the staff is the friendliest, most helpful team I’ve experienced in a very long time! I highly recommend Hotel Botticelli!
