A lovely room to stay in Florence. The room was comfortable and beautifully maintained, and we were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary bottle of wine for New Year’s — a very thoughtful gesture from the hotel. Breakfast was excellent, offering a wide variety of options, and everything was spotlessly clean. The staff were extremely kind and welcoming throughout our stay. The only downside was some noise coming from the air conditioning sometimes during the night.

The room exceeded expectations, being notably spacious, equipped with all requisite amenities, and accompanied by exemplary service. I do not recall the names of the staff members who checked us in; however, all personnel went above and beyond to guarantee our stay was exceptionally pleasant. It is regrettable that our visit was limited to a single night, yet I would undoubtedly choose to return to this location in the future.

We loved our stay here at the Flom Boutique Hotel. I was very pleased with how convenient it was to walk to everything (train station, museums, shopping, dining). Our room was super cute with large French doors that opened to a small patio area. The staff were very helpful with recommendations and reserving taxi transportation for us. We would definitely choose to stay here again.

Great hotel in a central location. Very welcoming reception staff and comfortable, clean room. Perfect location for all the main sights in Florence, with all being reachable on foot. We travels to Florence by train, from Piza and the walk to the hotel was straightforward and only around 1km (20 mins) walk.

Our room was beautiful but when we took a shower, the drain was clogged and flooded the whole bathroom. When we called the front desk, they weren’t surprised and said oh yes the shower in that room does flood. We will bring you some towels. They should have notified us when we checked in.

Very excellent stay.

Very professional and helpful staff. They offered great insight on where to go and how to get there. This hotel was a big surprise to me, by US standards this would be ultra-luxury. Why? The included breakfast was worth $50 a head if it was US, excellent, fresh fruit, very good coffee options (many), Italian-style treats from hard cheeses, cured meats, olives, various pastries. If I return to Florence staying here is a "no brainer". The neighborhood had "character" ... no big issues. Again the staff was so good, the room was super clean and comfortable. Tomb-like quiet at night and most of the evening. We had a nice patio area. Thanks Flom for a great stay. - we had a 5 night stay. US tourists
