In the Heart of Florence

The recently renovated apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a characteristic building in the historic center of Florence, developing on the back of the building it is particularly quiet and bright
We are welcomed by a warm and bright living room with an open kitchen equipped with everything needed for cooking (including a dishwasher)
In the living room there is a sofa available, from here you access the bathroom (complete with 4 elements and washing machine) and the very spacious bedroom which has a study corner as well as a pleasant balcony
The neighbourhood, despite the apartment overlooking a very quiet interior, is full of shops, supermarkets, restaurants and characteristic venues; a few steps away is the famous Sant'Ambrogio Market (open only in the morning) where you will find fruit, vegetables, fresh meat, fish, bakers.
Well served by public transport. however Florence is a small city and can be easily visited on foot or if you prefer by bicycle (rental from specialized shops can be provided upon request)
Florence is a relatively small city and there are many ways to travel.
Certainly the fastest and easiest way is to walk, so you can discover hidden corners, such as a garden of an ancient palace, a lesser-known church or some small boutique.
If you want to explore outside of Florence, from the Santa Maria Novella station it is possible to reach many cities by train and take day trips
Alternatively we can (in advance) organize tours in nearby cities with authorized drivers
If you have a rental or personal car you can rely on a couple of garages close to the apartment (the host will be able to give you more information and help you with the booking) remembering that the apartment is located in the limited traffic area and only parking in a garage you can avoid getting a fine
