Ciao!!! The apartment is spacious for up to 4 people providing 2 separate rooms & bathrooms w amenities, very clean and well maintained. Keep in mind the apartment is located in the top floor of a historic building that doesn't have lift. Not recommended for groups traveling w small kids, people w physical disabilities or carrying heavy luggage. Besides that, the property has great views over the rooftops and partial view of the cathedral's dome.Its location is perfect to visit the city's main sttractions, multiple great dining options and a lot of shopping. The website and customer service is very helpful and well organized making booking, check-in and directions inquiries extremely easy to manage.

There was a leak from the ceiling in the living room right next to the sofa bed. We called their number and they sent us someone a few hours later. The guy came in and said he needed to get a ladder but his shift was ending so he just left. Horrible, ridiculous. Beds are so uncomfortable. They don’t tell you what floor the room is in until the day of check in and they dont have elevators! Carrying up our luggage was a pain in the butt. Overall, hated this place. Stay away people!
