Disliked: Amenities, property conditions & facilities
Unfortunately our stay was not very pleasant. Staring with our host arriving late to meet us and then once there proceeded to keep talking on phone while we sat on the curb with our luggage. After she let us in she told us we were on 5th floor and there was no elevator. Once inside she gave us a quick tour as it looked she was on a hurry to leave. The place was hot as all the a/c units were turned off. She stated it would get cool soon but oyr room a/c was not blowing cold air and she assured us it would. There was 3 controllers for the unit and assured us that one of them was it. Of course mid week they had to send a technician because it did not work properly. They had to supply a new control and do maintnance to unit. Also that ac was supposed to cool the upstairs room as well but because it was t working properly that room was useless. Also we had no hot water all week. Our host failed to show us how it works and then when i complained to the technician he showed us how but the water heater was malfunctioning as well. Other issues, there was no cleaning rags or even paper towels in the kitchen. The apartment was beautiful but way too many issues yo enjoy properly. Our room had a beautiful View of the Florence rooftops but again hot the dorst half of our stay. I recommend for location and again beautiful place.
