This boutique was an absolute must stay. From the location to the comfort of our room and the lovely staff, it was all you could ask for during a stay in Florence. The walkability was incredible, and even though there is a lively crowd nightly outside of the building, your room is peaceful. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a unique stay in Florence!

Had a lovely one night stay at this property, and wish it could have been more. Our hosts were great, really friendly and welcoming. The area was perfect for us, not too far from the main tourist attractions, but situated in a prime location to experience Florence as a local.

I liked that the hotel reached out a couple of days before to provide me with some information and to see when I might be checking in. When I arrived I was greeted warmly and provided with a map and some ideas about where to go and recommendations for restaurants. The room was lovely, safe, secure, quiet and air conditioned. I very much enjoyed my stay and would 100 percent recommend.

The staff are the highlight for this property. Extremely friendly, helpful and welcoming. This is the only property where a staff member has come with me to my room, shown me around all the amenities and explained how everything works (locks, air-conditioning, mini bar charges etc.). The rooms are also extremely clean and has everything you need. Would definitely stay here again.

It’s set in a beautiful piazza in an ancient building. The rooms were clean, comfortable and very nicely decorated. Some free snacks and beverages are available in the rooms, as well as some for a price. You step out and have a cafe to your left where the hotel has arranged a cappuccino and a cornetto for your breakfast. They also serve an aperitivo. To the right is an excellent restaurant. We ate there twice the food and service were great.

We loved our stay here!

We loved our room at the Spirit of Florence. It was in a great location that was close to everything and great places to eat close. The host was amazing and gave us great ideas of where to go and places to eat. He helped with ideas for activities and answered all questions we had. It was a great room for three people and the beds were comfy.
