"VENERE Suite" is located in via guelfa 14. On the heart of San Lorenzo neighborhood where local culture meets Medici history. Also it is a lively and picturesque neighborhood, full of shops, restaurants and markets.

The apartment can host up to four people: two in a queen-size bed in the bedroom and two in a comfortable sofa-bed in the living room.

The standard organization is for 2 people in the main room's king size bed, if you are 2 that want sleep separately (Friends, parents....) LET ME KNOW WHEN YOU BOOK, I provide extra linens and organize the sofa bed.

Fully furnished kitchen with four burners, pots, cutlery, glasses and dishes; fridge and freezer, traditional oven and microwave air conditioning, TV, washing machine, iron and board, coffè maker, free internet Wi-Fi super-fast fiber , indipendent heating, House linens (sheets & towels) , hair dryer, shampoo, soap and toilet paper.

From the living room you will enjoy a wonderful view of the DUOMO and LORENZO CHURCH (Medici Chapel).

As all the ancient ‘800 building of the historical center there’s no elevator, to reach the apartment there is a 60 steps stairs, but as you get up to the top you’ll forget about it.

I'll take care of contacting my guests a few days before your arrival in order to better organize your hospitality. I give everyone a map of the city and all the necessary information to better enjoy the apartment and the city. That said, I want to emphasize that I am always available for any request of my guests, to help them during their stay in Florence.

We stayed for 1 week. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Silvia was very quick to respond to messages and everything was very organized and clean. The apartment was great and the location was perfect. There are a bit of steps to deal with but after a day or two we found ourselves getting use to it. We loved Florence and this darling apartment!

Great place to stay - just beware of number of stair steps

We stayed in late June 2025 as a family of 3. Silvia is very responsive and always willing to help arrange tours and private transport. The location is perfect - 10 to 20 mins walking distance to museums, tourist points, and the main train station. Note that the building this apartment is in has about 60 or so steps to the 4th floor and carrying heavy luggage can be challenging, especially during the summer heat - pack light!

Clean, easy & homey

Beautiful apartment close to everywhere you want to visit.

Modern, clean, spacious, apartment in the heart of Florence. Amazing location and a fantastic host!

What a great apartment! It was exceptionally clean, had a good amount of room for a couple people, a very comfy bed, and a spacious and luxurious bathroom. Silvia was extremely responsive and helpful throughout the whole process. She gave us a full tour of the apartment and recommended some fantastic restaurants. We’ll definitely be staying here again. It felt like home while on holiday.

Looks Just Like the Pictures

The condo is in a perfect location! An easy walk to shopping, the train station, dining and site seeing. It was spotless and appeared just as the pictures represent. The stairs to the condo are a bit much though, especially with luggage, so pack light. Silvia is a wonderful hostess.

The location was perfect for shopping, restaurants, and seeing all the beautiful sights of Florence. Perfect Florence Holiday

My husband and I spent 5 nights as part of our 30th anniversary celebration traveling in Italy. We loved everything about the apartment, even more lovely in person than photos. So comfortable, well stocked, and convenient location to explore Florence (and beyond on the trains!). Definitely luxurious! Our host Silvia was wonderful and provided information about the area. The perfect location

The apartment was great. The location was close to the historic core of the city. Additionally there were many great places to eat within a few steps of the front door. Silvia was a wonderful host. She was notified that due to city works projects we might have low to no water pressure on one day of our stay. She delivered water to the apartment that morning. Thankfully it wasn’t needed but her assistance was greatly appreciated.

Wonderful apartment!

My wife and I just got back from Italy on our honeymoon and stayed in this wonderful apartment while in Florence. The location was perfect and the apartment was very clean. Silvia was wonderful and offered us anything we needed to make our stay perfect. She even made dinner reservations for us at a local restaurant that she recommended! The apartment is located on a side street within walking distance of everything but out of the hustle and bustle of foot traffic and cars. When we return to Florence in the future we will definitely try to stay here again!

Silvia was an amazing host, very accommodating and super helpful in regards to the area and recommendations. The apartment is 100% what you see in the photos and beautiful. My wife and I were traveling for our honeymoon and could not have been happier with the Venere Suite. It is located on a perfect, quite street with great bistros and restaurants right out the front door. Perfect location for easy walking distance to everything. We will 100% stay here again when we are lucky enough to return. Thank you Silvia.

Absolute perfection!

When looking for a home base in Florence, look no further!! Silvia is a wonderful and welcoming host and has thought of every possible detail in this gorgeous apartment. From the coffee to the straightener, she seemed to anticipate anything we might need. The location is wonderful and the apartment was a beautiful haven during our trip. Silvia also gave us incredible dinner recommendations, we had the best meal of our trip at one is the places she recommended. The great apartment and personal touches made our trip very special, cannot recommend enough!!

Lovely Florence apartment

Meeting Silvia was a pleasure, she is so sweet and showed us how everything worked. She is lovely. Very modern apartment. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. So convient to everything. Coffee shops, bakery, groceries and very nice restaurants close by. Try the Biosio pizza, you can take out. And walk on the apartments street away from train and there are in a little while many boutiques. Highly recommend.

Perfect Everything

Sylvia was an amazing host. Communication was right away. The apartment was so clean and modern. She thought of everything you would need. You are in easy walking distance to everything. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was wonderful. It had a nice full size shower, rain head faucet and fun color changing LED lights. I had to work part of our stay and the WiFi was fast and stable. I would stay here forever if I could. Thank you, Silvia for a wonderful stay!

Fall in Florence

I cannot speak highly enough of Silvia's apartment. When I first saw it as a listing, I thought it was too good to be true. Well guess what! It wasn't! The apartment is so spacious with high end finishes and an amazingly comfortable bed. It is in a great location, walking distance to everything you would want to see. Silvia herself is such a nice person and great host! I would absolutely stay in this apartment again. We had such a great time!
