The living room is the heart of the home. From here, you can access the fully equipped kitchen with a four-burner gas hob, electric oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, and dining table.

The living room provides access to the other rooms: one bedroom with a double bed and air conditioning, and two bedrooms each with two single beds and air conditioning. There is also a bathroom with a shower, toilet, and bidet. The living room also features a staircase leading to the first floor, which is unoccupied and inaccessible.

From the living room, you can directly access the very beautiful, large, and comfortable veranda, which has a large dining table with comfortable seating. Next to the breakfast table is a porch swing. At the front of the house, there is a basketball hoop.

The private pool with pool lighting is surrounded by a lawn patio with a parasol, sun loungers, and a small gazebo.
