Paguro is located in a large condominium in the Zona Nuova of Follonica, facing the pine forest and a stone's throw from the sea.
The strategic position allows you to reach the city center in a few minutes on foot and also to enjoy the convenience of the services available, such as supermarkets, bars, restaurants, markets of various kinds, guaranteeing everything you need at your fingertips. Furthermore it is possible to find both free and equipped beaches.
The condominium also has a small garden with bike rack.
Costa Maremma offers the Paguro apartment for your summer holidays, a delightful, completely renovated three-room apartment, located on the first floor with a condominium lift.
The apartment consists of a very bright living room which leads to the balcony with a splendid view of the pine forest and sea and a kitchenette with dishwasher. From the hallway you reach the two large double bedrooms and the bathroom with shower. Each room is air conditioned.
