Located in Fort Lauderdale, this bungalow is a dream. Guests will find two bedrooms, each with a queen bed, offering a soothing place to rest after a day of adventure. The two bathrooms feature showers and hair dryers, making freshening up easy and comfortable. Enjoy the excellent air conditioning that keeps the space cool and inviting. Whether you’re relaxing indoors or planning your next outing, this gorgeous bungalow provides a perfect home base. Our place is equipped for both long or short stays to make your holiday one to remember.

Additional rules:

DUE TO UNFORESEEN PAST CIRCUMSTANCES AND WEBSITE ACCOUNT COMPLIANCE WE HAVE TO BE MORE SPECIFIC ABOUT HOME RULES.

* APARTMENT: We understand that we are on the beach so kindly ask that you please not bring sand into the apartment.

* PETS: At this time, we are not a pet friendly home, however, sometimes we may make an exception and all pets will have a small $150 none refundable per pet fee (max 2 / 20 pounds or less pets only). Renter must let home owner and/or property manager know that he/she is bringing their fury companion along, failure to do so can result in a loss of your security deposit.

* SMOKING: Absolutely NO smoking in the apartment. This home is also a drug free home. Smoking in the apartment or the presence of any drugs on premises during your stay will result in a $350 deodorization fee and the immediate termination of your reservation.

* BOOKING & GUESTS: Please be specific about the number of guests on your reservation. For example, you cannot put 1 and show up with 4. This can affect our accommodations and your comfortability. This can also cause a confusion as we may think a gathering or party is taking place at our home. Our home listing is set to 6 guests. Guest # 5 & 6 are considered extra guest and have an additional accommodation cost of $35 per person per night extra. This apt is for max 6 guests.

* LONG TERM STAYS: Stays Longer than 3 weeks are subject to a double cleaning fee and an additional $750 security deposit.

*** HOUSE NOISE RULES: Please know that you are coming into a high end, calm, family oriented, noise sensitive beachie neighborhood where absolutely NO parties, NO gatherings or get togethers of any type with anyone outside the booking are allowed. The home is ONLY for the guests in the reservation, no-one else. Also, NO DJ’s, loud music, big speakers or noises allowed either. Broward County and the City of Ft. Lauderdale are very strict and have passed a new Noise Ordinance Curfew for all Vacation Rentals from 9pm till 9am. This means that after 9pm NO music is to be played in the back yard or outdoor area and any one outside must keep all conversations to a cell phone level to ensure we don’t disturb our neighbors whom understandably have work or kids that go to school or events the next day. Finally know that we do have security cameras on premises facing the common areas and are video/audio recording 24/7 for the safety of our home. The tampering of any security system is considered a felony offense in the State of Florida and will also result in the termination of your reservation.

* DOORS: All doors leading to the outside must be kept closed at all times for various reasons. 1) Humidity entering the home will freeze the AC unit resulting in functionality problems. 2) keeps Keeps mosquitos out and most important 3) Helps keep critters like roaches, lizards, rats/mice and/or iguanas out of the home.

* BATHROOMS: Please, we kindly ask that you DO NOT FLUSH down the toilet wet wipes, baby wipes, facial wipes, paper towels, Q-tips, cotton balls, feminine products, baby diapers, dental floss, receipts, clothing tags, etc… ONLY FLUSH TOILET PAPER. We thank you for your cooperation and please remember that clogs are a guests responsability and expense. A plumbers fee is no less than $250 to $350.

* FURNITURE: We work very hard to deliver a well equipped and beautiful home so, we kindly ask that you take care of it. Please DO NOT re-decorate, move furniture around and/or start disconnecting TV’s, routers, lamps etc. Please leave everything exactly as you found it. Some electronics have big red DO NOT TOUCH stickers on them to avoid tampering.

* WASHER & DRYER: Please, DO NOT overload the washer or dryer. Doing so can cause additional heavy weight that can overwork the appliance causing the drum to break or burn out. If this happens to you during your stay, you will be responsible for any repairs. Please clean the lint filter after every dry cycle and DO NOT mix whites with colors or towels with sheets to avoid having towel lints stick to bed linens.

* BEDROOMS: Please, no food or drinks in the bedroom at any time.

* KITCHEN: Garbage disposal is NOT made to dispose lemons, peals, salads, Avocado seeds, large items or large amounts of foods. Rule of thumb to use a disposal is “If you can feed it to a baby you can dump it in the disposal”. Any clogs are 100% your responsability if a plumber has to be called out. It is not a grinder.

* TRASH BINS: please, all trash must be bagged, tied and disposed of properly. Black bin is trash, Blue bin is recycle. ALL boxes must be broken down before putting them in the bin. DO NOT USE the green bin, it’s for landscaping and city use only. If you use it and we have to take the trash out of it then a $75 fee will be applied to your account. Please be mindful of the trash. You have limited space. No trash is to be left on top of the bins or on the ground. excessive amount of trash is subject to a $100 haul away fee.

* OUTDOOR OUTLETS: Please keep in mind that our home day rate DOES NOT include electricity to charge TESLA’s, Hybrid Vehicles, Electric Bicycles, Electric Scooters or Golf Carts from friends or other companies and/or any other type of electric vehicle. If for any reason this is your case please know that an additional $40 per day for usage of electricity will be charged separately.

* PARKING: We offer 1 FREE car space for your stay but keep in mind if its more than 1 its ok pending on space but the 2nd car has a cost of $25 per day extra. If it doesn't have a tag, it will be towed at the owners expense so, let us know in advance.

* TOWELS / LINENS: Please know that towels or linens are not intended to be used as mops, make up removers, rags etc. At the end of your stay any damaged, stained or missing linens will have a cost TBD to the number of missing or damaged items plus a $25 travel/time fee.

* EARLY CHECK-INS are based on our calendar availability. In the given case home is available we can do a 2pm check in at no additional cost but if the check-in is before 2pm there is a $99 early check in fee. This fee will be due upon arrival or we can send a request here via the App.

* LATE CHECK-OUTS are also based on home calendar availability but because a late check out means that we have to block that day so no-one else books. We consider this as a lost day for rental so a $150 calendar block and late check out fee will be collected before departure. Please let us know asap and not the day before please so we can cancel or delay the cleaning crew.

*CLEANING CREWS: Due to insurance and liability purposes, the cleaning crews are NOT allowed to come in while anyone is in the house or park in the driveways so check out must be punctual please. If they come and you are still there they will leave but still will charge us for their time so we kindly ask that you help us out to avoid extra expenses.

Important Things to Note

• Tropical Weather & Travel Insurance:
Please keep in mind that we are in a tropical region, and weather conditions can be unpredictable especially during hurricane season, which runs from mid August through November. If you choose to travel during these months, we strongly recommend purchasing “Travel Insurance” directly through the booking platform. This ensures you are fully protected should weather conditions or flight changes prevent you from traveling. Without this insurance, we are unable to override the platform’s cancellation policies or grant any refunds of any type.

• Guest Count, Visitors & Compliance Requirements:
Due to City regulations, Insurance Compliance and platform rules are very clear: the number of guests included in your reservation is final. For example, if your reservation is for 4 guests but the property has a maximum capacity of 8, this does not allow for unannounced additional visitors, drop-ins, hangouts, or any unregistered persons at any time. The home is only for the guests on the reservation and no-one else.

Short-term rental homes must remain peaceful, quiet, and compliant. They are not permitted to host gatherings, reunions, celebrations, or parties of any kind. These rules help us protect the home, respect our neighbors, and maintain our City Vacation Rental License.

Please ensure your reservation accurately reflects the total number of guests for the entire stay. Any unregistered visitors or exceeding the guest count places the reservation in violation of city code and may lead to immediate termination of the stay without refund.

* BACHELORETTES: All Bachelorettes are happily welcomed however please keep in mind that If you’re bringing any decor it has to be wall friendly avoid extra charges due to damages. For example, we recommend carpenters tape (blue or beige) for the walls. We don't allow scotch tape, clear box tape, duck tape, 3m tape, double sided tape, dots, thumb tacks etc. all of these before mentioned peel paint off the walls and damages them. Also, absolutely no glitter please you have no idea the nightmare it is to clean that up and finally, no hanging items from our curtain rails. Before leaving all decor, balloons and/or confetti will need to be cleaned up and disposed of. If we have to do this for you there will be an additional $100 charge.
