We had a large corner room, larger than we expected it would be, which was great. The shuttle was great, once we figured out we had to call the hotel in order for it to come for us. The staff was friendly and helpful

Hotel was great, but their airport shuttle was not so wonderful. Ended up waiting an hour because the shuttle couldn't find us, (he didn't stop in the shuttle area) Should have just taken a cab. Otherwise, it was great and highly recommended.

Give your pillows an upgrade?

Loved the hip, metro look of this hotel. Great for couples as the rooms are suited for two. Only problem was a noisy air-con and really really pancake flat pillows. Woke up with a neck cramp for sure.

Stayed here prior to a Panama Canal cruise. The staff was great and the room was fantastic. Corner room on the 8th floor with views of the cruise ship harbor. Will stay here again if in town.
