The hotel staff was very nice and accommodating. The cleanliness was fairly good; However, the hotel needs some work done to its elevator system and auto door locks. My key cards had to be replaced three times during my four days stay. Also, the one elevator was not functioning correctly and was down at least 4 times during my stay. I am a visually impaired individual and it made it very difficult for mobility. I am wondering what guests would do if they were using wheelchairs or mobility scooters.

The room was beautiful. Continental breakfast was like a full breakfast, many choices and delicious. Very relaxing pool area with many covered resting areas. The elevator needs updating and was not very responsive. Close to some small restaurants around the corner and also Port Everglades.

Delightful boutique hotel walking distance to the beach and near the convention center. The combined lobby/bar/dining area is beautiful and artsy. Much more interesting than most hotels. The pool area is lovely as well. Staff were polite and friendly. I'll stay there again next time I'm in town.

Upon reviewing my folio, I noticed charges for Resort Fees and related taxes that I don’t recall being clearly disclosed in the total price at the time of booking. Noisy. The rooms have a door to connect to the next room. You can hear EVERYTHING from the next room. My neighbors turned on the tv at 6 am and I had to listened the entire time. Elevator was in poor condition as well I doubt it can pass an inspection Everything was clean
